Ushnishavijaya, the female emanation of Buddha Vairochana, grants long life to her devotees.  She is seated on a lotus in front of a Buddhist temple (stupa).  She has three heads and eight arms.  In two of her right hands she holds an image of Buddha Amitabha and an arrow.  In two of her left hands she holds a longlife vase and a bow.  This image was taken from a 12th c. Tibetan painting (thanka).
